Here is how to connect via your phone or tablet:

1. Join this WiFi network:

   piCamera

2. Then click on this link:

   192.168.11.1

Can't connect to the server? Remember, you have to change your WiFi network to 'piCamera'.

What is a "notspot"? It's like a WiFi hotspot, but it's not connected to the Internet.

(Even so, your phone may still be connected to the Internet via your mobile connection.)
